Summary: $1000 Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT on November 11, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MDT on December 19, 2011. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. On or about December 20, 2011, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing. The verified winner will receive $1000.00 in clothing of their choice from Union Fashion. The clothing must be selected at one time, and such time must be pre-scheduled. If the prize is not claimed by December 31, 2011, it will be forfeited. Clothing may not be exchanged or returned for cash. Prize is not transferable. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the US and Mexico. Must be age 16 or older to win. Employees of Union Fashion Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Agreement To Official Rules: Each person who enters the Sweepstakes, and his or her parent or legal guardian if the Participant is an eligible minor, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

To Enter:  Sweepstakes entry can be obtained in two ways: 

1.     With Purchase: Receive an entry form with any purchase. Limit one per day. Entry form must be filled out legibly with correct information and deposited in the designated entry box inside Union Fashion during store hours.

2.     Without Making A Purchase: To receive an entry by mail, mail a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state and ZIP Code to Union Fashion Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 1022, El Paso, TX 79946. Requests must be postmarked no later than 12/14/11 for receipt no later than 12/19/11. Limit one request per outer envelope. Requests that do not comply with mailing requirements will not be honored, acknowledged or returned and persons submitting such requests will forfeit any corresponding postage and unused envelopes. One entry form will be mailed in the SASE. Entry form must be filled out legibly with correct information and deposited in the designated entry box inside Union Fashion during store hours.

Prize Claim Deadlines: Prize must be claimed on or before December 31, 2011. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential winner does not receive his or her Prize because an erroneous, fraudulent, disconnected or bogus email address or phone number was provided on the potential winner's entry form or if the email is intercepted by SPAM or other email filters, or if notification is misdirected or not received for any reason.

General Prize Restrictions: PRIZES NOT CLAIMED OR THAT ARE FORFEITED WILL NOT BE AWARDED. No cash alternative or substitution of any Prize will be provided. All income taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and/or local income taxes) on or connected with any Prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are solely the responsibility of respective winners. If a potential winner cannot accept a Prize as stated that Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If a winner is a minor, a Prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian, who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of a winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and the winner, or the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.

Verification: A potential winner will be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof of ID, as well as verify other information on the entry form for positive identification.

General Release and Conditions of Participation: Union Fashion and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, local advertising cooperatives, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (“Game Entities”)are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, non-delivered, or postage-due submissions of entry forms, or any mail; any errors or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, interruption of power, digital or technical in nature, or unauthorized human intervention. By participating in the Sweepstakes each Participant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Game Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related and/or travel-related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, any and all costs of Verification and redemption or travel to claim said Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said Prize. The verified winner hereby agrees and grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness, and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising, commercial and promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Game Entities from any liability with respect thereto.

Language Discrepancy: In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the Spanish language version of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.
